Jordan Peele's Twilight Zone reboot

The Twilight Zone was first released on CBS in 1959, where it had five seasons and 156 episodes before it was canceled in 1964.

It started up again from 1985 until 1989 and it also got an extra season in 2002/2003.

In 1983, we got a feature film starring Dan Aykroyd, Scatman Crothers, Kathleen Quinlan, John Lithgow, and Vic Morrow. The latter died along with two children on the set when a helicopter landed on top of them.

The cast of The Twilight Zone reboot

We get an all-star cast in the upcoming reboot of The Twilight Zone: Taissa Farmiga, John Cho, Greg Kinnear, Sanaa Lathan, Kumail Nanjiani, Adam Scott, Alison Tolman, and Jacob Tremblay are all part of this new season.

Also, we get Jessica Williams, DeWanda Wise, Rhea Seehorn, Lucinda Dryzek, Jefferson White, Jonathan Whitesell, Luke Kirby, Ike Barinholtz, Percy Hynes-White, and Steven Yeun. So many wonderful actors who are bound to make some very memorable episodes.

Especially with Jordan Peele at the helm!

The Twilight Zone reboot will be airing on CBS’s SVOD platform All Access starting April 1, 2019.

They will air two episodes that first Monday followed by weekly episodes on Thursdays.

I usually keep up-to-date with all the horror news, and make sure Heaven of Horror share the best and latest trailers for upcoming horror movies. I love all kinds of horror. My love affair started when I watched 'Poltergeist' alone around the age of 10. I slept like a baby that night and I haven't stopped watching horror movies since. The crazy slasher stuff isn't really for me, but hey, to each their own. I guess I just like to be scared and get jump scares, more than being disgusted and laughing at the grotesque. Also, Korean and Spanish horror movies made within the past 10-15 years are among my absolute favorites.
