The release date for The Bye Bye Man was originally June, then pushed to December and now we’ll have to wait until 2017
Don’t worry, we won’t be waiting much longer as the release date for The Bye Bye Man is set for January 2017.
When we first wrote about The Bye Bye Man movie back in April 2016, it was because the first official trailer had been released. Also, the release date for The Bye Bye Man was set for June 3, but much has changed since then. Before this latest news, the premiere was set for December 9.
Still, they’ve released a new trailer just to make sure we won’t forget all about it. The movie is based on the short story The Bridge to Body Island by Robert Damon Schneck and stars Carrie-Anne Moss, Doug Jones, Faye Dunaway and many more.
In other words, the cast alone is enough reason to watch the movie, but the ever-changing release date is usually a warning sign.
The fall of 2016 is looking pretty good for us horrorfans due to Halloween, but January 2017 is beginning to look like a great start to the new year, as well. The very last movies of the Resident Evil and Underworld franchises will both be out this month as well. And now we have an original horror story coming out as well.
The latest release date for The Bye Bye Man is January 13, 2017, and here’s the brand new trailer for you:
