A few months back, we received the first Lights Out trailer to give us an idea of the plot, but this new trailer is even better!

While the previous Lights Out trailer made for the perfect segway from the short film to the feature film, this new trailer is completely focused on the feature film storyline.

In the last Lights Out trailer, we start out by seeing the woman from the short film that started it all, but she’s nowhere to be seen in this latest version that focuses on the famous faces.

Lights Out is produced by current horror master, James Wan, and stars Maria Bello and Theresa Palmer, who are no strangers to horror either. The director is David F. Sandberg, who directed the short film and is also busy directing Annabelle 2, which we got an amazing trailer for just last week.

Lights Out opens in theaters on July 22, 2016.

Here’s the new Lights Out trailer for you:

I usually keep up-to-date with all the horror news, and make sure Heaven of Horror share the best and latest trailers for upcoming horror movies. I love all kinds of horror. My love affair started when I watched 'Poltergeist' alone around the age of 10. I slept like a baby that night and I haven't stopped watching horror movies since. The crazy slasher stuff isn't really for me, but hey, to each their own. I guess I just like to be scared and get jump scares, more than being disgusted and laughing at the grotesque. Also, Korean and Spanish horror movies made within the past 10-15 years are among my absolute favorites.
